Se le acusa de agredir f\u00edsica, verbal y psicol\u00f3gicamente a su pareja sentimental en la vereda Patanoa, Zetaquira (Boyac\u00e1), durante el periodo comprendido entre mayo y noviembre de 2023.<\/p><p>Las acciones delictivas del imputado, seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, incluyeron episodios repetidos de violencia f\u00edsica, verbal y psicol\u00f3gica dirigida hacia su pareja. Los hechos, que han conmocionado a la comunidad, llevaron al presunto agresor a amenazar de muerte y golpear a la v\u00edctima en varias ocasiones, llegando incluso al extremo de utilizar una botella como arma.<\/p><p>El Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaciones (CTI) de Boyac\u00e1 logr\u00f3 la captura de Rolfe Soler Caro, quien fue presentado ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas. Tras avalar el escrito de acusaci\u00f3n presentado por la Fiscal\u00eda, el juez determin\u00f3 que el imputado debe permanecer privado de la libertad en un establecimiento carcelario.<\/p><p>Este caso resalta la importancia de la acci\u00f3n coordinada entre la Fiscal\u00eda y el CTI para abordar situaciones de violencia intrafamiliar.
