El mecanismo ha sido reglamentado mediante el Decreto 187.<br \/><br \/>El Decreto 187, \u00abPor el cual se reglamenta el procedimiento para la implementaci\u00f3n del autoaval\u00fao como base gravable del impuesto predial unificado en el municipio de Sogamoso\u00bb, establece que los propietarios o poseedores de predios pueden presentar una estimaci\u00f3n del autoaval\u00fao de su propiedad. Este autoaval\u00fao no podr\u00e1 ser inferior al aval\u00fao catastral vigente y debe ser presentado antes del 30 de junio de 2024.<br \/><br \/>\u00abEste acto voluntario permite la actualizaci\u00f3n progresiva de los predios, asegurando que las actualizaciones catastrales no impacten de forma agresiva en el pago que deben realizar los contribuyentes a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 un portavoz de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda.<br \/><br \/>Para adherirse al sistema de autoaval\u00fao, los contribuyentes deben cumplir con varios requisitos, entre ellos:<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Solicitud por escrito:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> Dirigida a la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda del Municipio manifestando la decisi\u00f3n de adherirse al sistema de autoaval\u00fao y declaraci\u00f3n privada.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Formulario \u00fanico de solicitud de tr\u00e1mites catastrales del IGAC: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Debidamente diligenciado seg\u00fan corresponda.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Fotocopia de c\u00e9dula de ciudadan\u00eda:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> Para personas naturales y del representante legal en caso de personas jur\u00eddicas.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Certificado de existencia y representaci\u00f3n legal vigente:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> Para personas jur\u00eddicas.<br \/>Ubicaci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n del predio o nombre si es rural.<br \/>N\u00famero predial o c\u00f3digo catastral.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Matr\u00edcula inmobiliaria:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> En caso de propiedad.<br \/>\u00c1rea del terreno y autoaval\u00fao total del predio.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>\u00c1rea de construcci\u00f3n y autoaval\u00fao total del predio:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> Discriminando las condiciones especiales del terreno y construcciones, exceptuando los inmuebles sometidos a propiedad horizontal.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Con esta iniciativa, la Alcald\u00eda de Sogamoso busca ofrecer una herramienta m\u00e1s flexible y justa para los contribuyentes, promoviendo la actualizaci\u00f3n catastral de manera gradual y adaptada a las condiciones individuales de cada predio.
