Andr\u00e9s Villabona, personero de la ciudad, revel\u00f3 en una entrevista con Sigue La W que actualmente existen al menos 10 investigaciones contra funcionarios de la administraci\u00f3n municipal por diversas irregularidades.<br \/><br \/>Las denuncias contra el alcalde incluyen supuestos favorecimientos, conflictos de inter\u00e9s, nepotismo, irregularidades en la contrataci\u00f3n, maltrato y acoso laboral. Estas investigaciones se han iniciado en los primeros seis meses de su mandato.<br \/><br \/>Villabona destac\u00f3 que algunas de estas investigaciones ya est\u00e1n en manos de la Procuradur\u00eda. \u00abHay por lo menos 10 investigaciones contra funcionarios de la administraci\u00f3n municipal por presuntas irregularidades y las investigaciones contra el alcalde ya est\u00e1n en poder de la Procuradur\u00eda\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el personero.<br \/><br \/>Entre los hallazgos preliminares, Villabona mencion\u00f3 que algunos funcionarios se posesionaron en sus cargos sin la debida acreditaci\u00f3n, experiencia, idoneidad o con irregularidades en su documentaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se est\u00e1n investigando contratos de obra que se estaban adelantando bajo circunstancias cuestionables.<br \/><br \/>El personero subray\u00f3 la gravedad de las acusaciones y la necesidad de que se realicen investigaciones exhaustivas. \u00abAlgunas las hemos tenido que remitir, otras por actuaciones previas que hemos adelantado se ha hecho la remisi\u00f3n por competencia y en un caso espec\u00edfico tuvimos que remitir tanto a Fiscal\u00eda, Procuradur\u00eda y Contralor\u00eda para que se determinen las posibles irregularidades\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<br \/><br \/>\u00abNo soy el llamado a decir si es culpable o inocente, pero irregularidades s\u00ed hay bastantes y se han remitido investigaciones para que la Procuradur\u00eda determine responsabilidades\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 Villabona, dejando claro que el futuro del alcalde Krasnov depende ahora de las decisiones de las autoridades competentes.<br \/><br \/>Estas investigaciones representan un desaf\u00edo significativo para la administraci\u00f3n de Krasnov y han generado preocupaci\u00f3n entre los ciudadanos de Tunja, quienes esperan una resoluci\u00f3n pronta y justa de estas
