La pol\u00e9mica gira en torno a un supuesto nombramiento en su Unidad de Trabajo Legislativo (UTL) para pagar una deuda derivada de dicho contrato.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Contexto del Caso<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>En 2017, C\u00e9sar Pach\u00f3n contact\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 Isaac Torres, propietario de la empresa Dismon S.A.S., con la intenci\u00f3n de firmar un acuerdo para adjudicar un contrato de iluminaci\u00f3n navide\u00f1a. Sin embargo, el contrato dej\u00f3 una deuda que Pach\u00f3n supuestamente pag\u00f3 mediante el nombramiento de Torres en su UTL.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Denuncias y Revelaciones<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Jos\u00e9 Isaac Torres denunci\u00f3 a Pach\u00f3n ante la Corte Suprema, revelando que, aunque fue empleado del Congreso, nunca realiz\u00f3 funciones propias de la UTL. Seg\u00fan Torres, solo asisti\u00f3 al Congreso en cinco ocasiones y no cumpli\u00f3 ning\u00fan horario ni asesor\u00f3 a Pach\u00f3n. En lugar de trabajar, Torres afirma que entregaba dinero a diversas personas siguiendo \u00f3rdenes de Pach\u00f3n para cubrir gastos personales.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaciones<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>Debido a estas acusaciones, la Sala de Instrucci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema ha abierto una investigaci\u00f3n contra el exsenador Pach\u00f3n por los delitos de cohecho propio, falsedad ideol\u00f3gica en documento p\u00fablico, peculado por apropiaci\u00f3n y concusi\u00f3n. Esta investigaci\u00f3n se suma a otros problemas judiciales que ha enfrentado Pach\u00f3n, incluyendo la anulaci\u00f3n de su elecci\u00f3n como senador para el periodo 2022-2026 por doble militancia.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Conclusi\u00f3n<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El caso de C\u00e9sar Pach\u00f3n destaca la complejidad y gravedad de las acusaciones contra figuras pol\u00edticas en Colombia. A medida que avanza la investigaci\u00f3n, la transparencia y justicia en el manejo de contratos p\u00fablicos y nombramientos legislativos siguen siendo temas de vital importancia para la integridad
