Estas revelaciones apuntan a que la alcald\u00eda habr\u00eda contratado al abogado Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez a cambio de que este retirara una demanda de nulidad electoral contra el alcalde.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Denuncias <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>d<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>e Miguel \u00c1ngel Ruiz<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Miguel \u00c1ngel Ruiz, quien anteriormente trabajaba en la Alcald\u00eda de Tunja, afirm\u00f3 que fue encargado de gestionar la contrataci\u00f3n de Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez, el abogado que hab\u00eda presentado la demanda de nulidad electoral contra el alcalde Krasnov. \u00abTengo evidencias de que me encargaron supervisar el contrato de Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez para que desistiera de la demanda\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Ruiz.<br \/><br \/>Ruiz asegur\u00f3 que se encontr\u00f3 con Ram\u00edrez al ingresar al despacho y que su tarea principal era supervisarlo para garantizar que retirara la demanda. \u00abEl alcalde ya estaba al tanto y me pidi\u00f3 que vigilara a Ram\u00edrez para que no continuara con la demanda, tem\u00edan que no pudieran gobernar los cuatro a\u00f1os completos\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Revisi\u00f3n de contrataciones<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de esta situaci\u00f3n, Ruiz cuestion\u00f3 las contrataciones actuales en Tunja y sugiri\u00f3 que podr\u00edan estar beneficiando a ciertos concejales. \u00abSe ha enviado informaci\u00f3n a la fiscal\u00eda y se han presentado derechos de petici\u00f3n para que respondan sobre estas contrataciones\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Ruiz, haciendo un llamado a revisar detenidamente las contrataciones recientes en la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Respuesta del Abogado Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">El abogado Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez respondi\u00f3 a las acusaciones, desestimando las declaraciones de Ruiz. \u00abEl se\u00f1or Miguel no es profesional, y por ende, no era asesor del alcalde. Adem\u00e1s, existe el principio de presunci\u00f3n de inocencia que me cobija\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, a pesar de que en marzo se hab\u00eda divulgado informaci\u00f3n similar, no existe fallo judicial que desvirt\u00fae su presunci\u00f3n de inocencia en relaci\u00f3n con alg\u00fan hecho de car\u00e1cter penal.<br \/><br \/>Ram\u00edrez tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que est\u00e1 considerando emprender acciones legales contra Ruiz por las acusaciones. \u00abRevisar\u00e9 si tambi\u00e9n lo denuncio, pues parece que ya tiene una denuncia en la alcald\u00eda por una situaci\u00f3n que es de p\u00fablico conocimiento\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>Repercusiones y expectativas<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Estas revelaciones han generado un ambiente de incertidumbre y expectativa en Tunja, ya que podr\u00edan tener implicaciones significativas para la administraci\u00f3n de Krasnov. La fiscal\u00eda y otros organismos de control estar\u00e1n bajo la presi\u00f3n de investigar estas acusaciones a fondo para determinar si hubo irregularidades y si se cometieron actos de corrupci\u00f3n en la contrataci\u00f3n de Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez y otros funcionarios.<br \/><br \/>Mientras tanto, la ciudadan\u00eda y los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1n atentos
