Estos ajustes buscan proporcionar las herramientas de planificaci\u00f3n necesarias para ejecutar el Plan de Desarrollo 2024-2027.<br \/><br \/>El nuevo gabinete municipal qued\u00f3 conformado de la el sector privado y un bagaje significativo en la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Pineda Alvarado, especialista en Alta Gerencia de la UPTC, llega desde la Secretar\u00eda Distrital de Movilidad en Bogot\u00e1, donde se encarg\u00f3 de la gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios de movilidad para la ciudadan\u00eda. Su conocimiento del territorio ser\u00e1 crucial para enfrentar los retos de su nuevo cargo en la administraci\u00f3n de Sogamoso.<br \/><br \/>El alcalde Mauricio Bar\u00f3n Granados expres\u00f3: \u00abEs un esquema distinto dentro de una misma agenda. Se han realizado cambios de posiciones con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer algunos sectores y potenciar fortalezas, para obtener las herramientas de planificaci\u00f3n adecuadas para ejecutar nuestro Plan de Desarrollo 2024-2027\u201d.<br \/><br \/>Estos ajustes reflejan el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n de Sogamoso con el desarrollo integral de la ciudad, asegurando que cada \u00e1rea clave
