Este tipo de acciones representan una grave amenaza para la biodiversidad y los recursos h\u00eddricos que estos ecosistemas suministran a la regi\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>Corpoboyac\u00e1 ha informado que, de confirmarse la ilegalidad del hecho, se proceder\u00e1 con las sanciones correspondientes bajo lo establecido por la Ley 1333 de 2009, modificada por la Ley 2387 de 2024, que regula las infracciones ambientales en Colombia. Adem\u00e1s, advirtieron que los responsables podr\u00edan enfrentar un proceso penal, en caso de que se compruebe la comisi\u00f3n de un delito, lo cual ser\u00eda adelantado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>Las autoridades ambientales han reiterado su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n del p\u00e1ramo y han hecho un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que denuncie cualquier actividad que ponga en riesgo estos valiosos ecosistemas. \u00abEs fundamental proteger nuestros p\u00e1ramos, no solo por su biodiversidad, sino porque son la fuente de agua para miles de personas en Boyac\u00e1\u00bb, se\u00f1alaron desde Corpoboyac\u00e1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
