Un fiscal de la Seccional Boyac\u00e1 imput\u00f3 al procesado el delito de acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os agravado, cargo que no fue aceptado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el se\u00f1alado agresor y padre de la v\u00edctima habr\u00eda accedido a la ni\u00f1a entre junio y septiembre de 2023. Los hechos se vendr\u00edan presentando de manera<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sistem\u00e1tica y violenta de tiempo atr\u00e1s. Tambi\u00e9n se cuenta con informaci\u00f3n que se\u00f1ala que el procesado, al parecer, obligaba a la v\u00edctima a ver material con contenido sexual. Producto de los abusos el hombre habr\u00eda ocasionado graves lesiones a las partes \u00edntimas de la ni\u00f1a.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Por estos hechos, el procesado fue capturado por la Polic\u00eda Nacional en el barrio San Jos\u00e9, en Muzo. Un juez de control de garant\u00edas le impuso medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
