De estos, 16 han declarado calamidad p\u00fablica, 11 est\u00e1n en alerta roja, y 17 m\u00e1s en alerta naranja y amarilla, seg\u00fan la Unidad Departamental para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Las afectaciones se extienden r\u00e1pidamente, incluso en localidades previamente consideradas fuera de peligro. El municipio de Floresta, por ejemplo, fue golpeado por inundaciones inesperadas, lo que llev\u00f3 a la activaci\u00f3n de alerta naranja y la posibilidad de declarar calamidad p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Jaisson Carre\u00f1o, director de la Unidad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la capacidad operativa ya ha sido superada, y la maquinaria del departamento se ha visto insuficiente, por lo que se han contratado horas m\u00e1quina adicionales. Adem\u00e1s, se est\u00e1n gestionando ayudas para m\u00e1s de 3,000 familias afectadas, pero las respuestas del gobierno nacional han sido lentas, lo que ha generado frustraci\u00f3n en las autoridades locales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El gobierno departamental sigue buscando recursos y apoyo para mitigar los efectos de esta crisis que afecta a casi la mitad del territorio
