Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, tras privarla de su libertad, la descuartizo y luego traslad\u00f3 sus restos al municipio de S\u00e1tivasur, donde los enterr\u00f3 en un socav\u00f3n, dificultando su identificaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>El sujeto fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Firavitoba, Boyac\u00e1 por los presuntos delitos de feminicidio concurso secuestro y desaparici\u00f3n forzada, para continuar con el proceso judicial.<br \/><br \/>La Primera Brigada del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional reafirma su compromiso con la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, garantizando el cumplimiento de la misi\u00f3n constitucional y trabajando para combatir este tipo de delitos atroces que vulneran los derechos
