Este esfuerzo, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en cuatro disciplinas, incluy\u00f3 arquer\u00eda ol\u00edmpica, tiro con arco, tenis de mesa y f\u00fatbol visual en el sector paral\u00edmpico, reafirmando el compromiso del pa\u00eds con la formaci\u00f3n y proyecci\u00f3n de su reserva deportiva.<br \/><br \/>Entre el 4 y el 8 de diciembre, un grupo selecto de 59 j\u00f3venes provenientes de Antioquia, Bol\u00edvar, Choc\u00f3, Guain\u00eda, Meta, Norte de Santander y Vichada, se reunieron en el Centro de Alto Rendimiento de Bogot\u00e1 para perfeccionar sus habilidades y abrir nuevas puertas hacia el alto rendimiento. El programa se destac\u00f3 por su enfoque inclusivo, al integrar tambi\u00e9n a atletas paral\u00edmpicos, lo que refleja la pol\u00edtica de equidad deportiva que promueve el Ministerio del Deporte.<br \/><br \/>Los arqueros Sara L\u00f3pez y Andr\u00e9s Hern\u00e1ndez, reconocidos en sus respectivas disciplinas, acompa\u00f1aron a los j\u00f3venes talentos, compartiendo su experiencia y conocimientos, lo que les permiti\u00f3 a los participantes disfrutar de una formaci\u00f3n integral. La Escuela de Talentos no solo busca identificar a los futuros campeones de Colombia, sino tambi\u00e9n fomentar un ambiente de inclusi\u00f3n y excelencia deportiva.<br \/><br \/>De los 9.600 millones de pesos destinados a esta causa, 8.000 millones fueron dirigidos al sector ol\u00edmpico, mientras que 1.600 millones se invirtieron en el desarrollo del deporte paral\u00edmpico, una clara muestra de la visi\u00f3n inclusiva del programa. La finalizaci\u00f3n de esta etapa marca un hito en la b\u00fasqueda constante de Colombia por posicionarse como l\u00edder en el \u00e1mbito deportivo
