Este evento, que se extender\u00e1 hasta el martes 10 de diciembre, incluye paneles, presentaciones y mesas de trabajo con expertos nacionales e internacionales para discutir los retos y oportunidades del sector.<br \/><br \/>El pa\u00eds avanza en la creaci\u00f3n de un marco normativo t\u00e9cnico para el modo f\u00e9rreo, respaldado por un nuevo proyecto de Ley ferroviaria que se encuentra en tr\u00e1mite en el Congreso. Adem\u00e1s, m\u00e1s de 1.900 km de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas est\u00e1n en proceso de estructuraci\u00f3n, mientras se avanza en la creaci\u00f3n de la gerencia ferroviaria, con el objetivo de consolidar una infraestructura moderna y eficiente.<br \/><br \/>El Gobierno del Cambio, bajo los principios de equidad, cobertura y conectividad, busca transformar la infraestructura de transporte en Colombia para garantizar el acceso de todos los ciudadanos a la oferta social del Estado. La visi\u00f3n incluye una red intermodal que integre diferentes modos de transporte, promoviendo la sostenibilidad y la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones, con el objetivo de mitigar 2 millones de toneladas de CO2 para 2026.<br \/><br \/>El viceministro de Infraestructura, Jorge Enrique Ram\u00edrez Hern\u00e1ndez, destac\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno con la transici\u00f3n hacia modos de transporte m\u00e1s eficientes y menos contaminantes, lo cual contribuir\u00e1 a reducir el costo log\u00edstico en un 1,1% para 2026. Por su parte, el embajador de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en Colombia, Gilles Bertrand, subray\u00f3 el potencial de los trenes como el transporte del futuro y la disposici\u00f3n de la UE para apoyar con tecnolog\u00eda avanzada y financiaci\u00f3n para la reactivaci\u00f3n ferroviaria en el pa\u00eds.<br \/><br \/>Este esfuerzo conjunto promete ser un pilar fundamental en la reindustrializaci\u00f3n de Colombia, generando empleo, conectividad y un modelo de transporte m\u00e1s sostenible para el futuro del
