El ataque, presuntamente relacionado con una disputa por el control de rutas de tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes, hab\u00eda conmocionado a la capital boyacense.<br \/><br \/>Tras una intensa investigaci\u00f3n de tres meses, en la que participaron la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal METUN y el Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Seccional de Fiscal\u00edas Boyac\u00e1, se logr\u00f3 la captura de alias \u201cNegro\u201d, el principal sospechoso de los homicidios. La captura se llev\u00f3 a cabo en una vivienda del municipio de Barbosa (Santander), donde el hombre se hab\u00eda refugiado despu\u00e9s de cometer el crimen.<br \/><br \/>En el registro y allanamiento, las autoridades incautaron varios elementos, incluyendo un rev\u00f3lver calibre 38, una motocicleta, 17 tel\u00e9fonos celulares, tres bicicletas y dos cascos de motocicleta, los cuales ser\u00edan utilizados para cometer otros delitos. Adem\u00e1s, se confirm\u00f3 que alias \u201cNegro\u201d ten\u00eda antecedentes por delitos como fabricaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1fico de armas de fuego, porte de estupefacientes y hurto agravado.<br \/><br \/>El detenido fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez de Control de Garant\u00edas y se le dict\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento penitenciario y carcelario, donde deber\u00e1 responder por los delitos de homicidio y porte de armas de fuego.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
