Esta ley establece seis modalidades de acoso laboral: maltrato, persecuci\u00f3n, discriminaci\u00f3n, entorpecimiento, inequidad y desprotecci\u00f3n laboral.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s, la ley subraya que cualquier comportamiento que afecte la autoestima y la dignidad del trabajador dentro de una relaci\u00f3n laboral tambi\u00e9n es considerado acoso. Seg\u00fan la viceministra Mu\u00f1oz, estos comportamientos no solo afectan el bienestar de los empleados, sino que tambi\u00e9n repercuten negativamente en su productividad y en la din\u00e1mica de trabajo.<br \/><br \/>El Ministerio del Trabajo insta a los trabajadores a denunciar cualquier tipo de acoso. Para ello, se habilitan varias rutas de atenci\u00f3n, incluyendo las l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas (601) 3779999 opci\u00f3n 2 en Bogot\u00e1, la l\u00ednea nacional gratuita 018000 112518, y la p\u00e1gina web oficial del Ministerio donde tambi\u00e9n pueden radicar su denuncia o agendar una cita con un asesor.<br \/><br \/>Es fundamental que los trabajadores conozcan sus derechos y las herramientas disponibles para actuar ante situaciones de acoso laboral, promoviendo ambientes laborales m\u00e1s sanos y respetuosos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
