Este evento, que forma parte del Korn Ferry Tour del PGA Tour, se ha consolidado como un referente en Colombia y Latinoam\u00e9rica, atrayendo a 156 golfistas, entre ellos cuatro colombianos.<br \/><br \/>Con una bolsa de premios de un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares, el campeonato se ha caracterizado por ser un trampol\u00edn para grandes jugadores del golf mundial, con m\u00e1s de 40 campeones del PGA Tour entre sus participantes, incluyendo a figuras como Camilo Villegas y Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz, quien se coron\u00f3 campe\u00f3n en 2016.<br \/><br \/>El torneo se disputar\u00e1 en los dos campos del Country Club: Fundadores y Pacos y Fabios. Despu\u00e9s de las primeras dos rondas, se har\u00e1 un corte que dejar\u00e1 a los mejores 65 jugadores m\u00e1s empates para la fase final, que se definir\u00e1 en el campo Fundadores.<br \/><br \/>En cuanto a los golfistas colombianos, est\u00e1n confirmados Marcelo Rozo y Esteban Jaramillo, mientras que los otros dos representantes nacionales ser\u00e1n anunciados pr\u00f3ximamente. Rozo regresa tras una temporada 2024 complicada por lesiones.<br \/><br \/>Este evento forma parte del \u201cSwing Latino\u201d del Korn Ferry Tour 2025, que incluye otros torneos en Panam\u00e1, Argentina y Chile. Con una rica historia de campeones, el Astara Golf Championship sigue siendo un evento destacado en el calendario deportivo de la
