El estudiante, que fue expulsado tras denunciar situaciones de acoso hacia \u00e9l y sus compa\u00f1eras LGTBI+, hab\u00eda solicitado la tutela de sus derechos a la identidad sexual.<br \/><br \/>Seg\u00fan el fallo, el colegio no activ\u00f3 los protocolos necesarios para proteger al menor, lo que convirti\u00f3 su entorno escolar en un espacio hostil. La Corte orden\u00f3 el reintegro inmediato del estudiante a clases presenciales, la nivelaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de los contenidos perdidos y la modificaci\u00f3n del manual de convivencia del colegio para evitar futuras discriminaciones. Adem\u00e1s, la instituci\u00f3n debe ofrecer disculpas p\u00fablicas o privadas al menor.<br \/><br \/>En su sentencia, la Corte tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 la valent\u00eda del estudiante al defender sus derechos y los de sus compa\u00f1eras, resaltando su compromiso con la justicia en un contexto de diversidad. En respuesta a los hechos, la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de Sogamoso ha iniciado capacitaciones para prevenir la violencia escolar y garantizar los derechos humanos en las instituciones
