Seg\u00fan una auditor\u00eda realizada en abril y mayo de 2024, la EPS Salud Total ha financiado a la empresa gestora farmac\u00e9utica Audifarma con un total de $77.500 millones entre 2022 y marzo de 2024, utilizando fondos que deber\u00edan haberse destinado exclusivamente a la atenci\u00f3n en salud.<br \/><br \/>A pesar de que los recursos del sistema de salud deben estar destinados para garantizar la atenci\u00f3n de los afiliados, Salud Total ha prestado esta millonaria suma a Audifarma, registrando la operaci\u00f3n como un pr\u00e9stamo. La EPS ha cobrado intereses por el dinero prestado, lo cual contraviene las normativas que regulan el uso de los recursos destinados a la salud p\u00fablica.<br \/><br \/>Los documentos de Audifarma revelan que el destino real del dinero, aunque formalmente registrado como \u00abpr\u00e9stamo otorgado\u00bb, fue utilizado para mejorar el flujo de caja de la empresa, una justificaci\u00f3n que no tiene cabida dentro del sistema de salud, ya que los fondos p\u00fablicos deber\u00edan priorizar la atenci\u00f3n de los pacientes.<br \/><br \/>La Supersalud, al descubrir la irregularidad, ha trasladado el caso a la Superintendencia de Sociedades y ha abierto una investigaci\u00f3n administrativa contra Salud Total. Este esc\u00e1ndalo pone en evidencia las fallas en la supervisi\u00f3n del uso de los recursos del Sistema General de Salud y plantea serias interrogantes sobre el manejo de los dineros destinados a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en Colombia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
