Los detenidos, identificados como Pablo Andr\u00e9s Hincapi\u00e9 Salazar y Laura Lined Estrada Gonz\u00e1lez, enfrentan cargos por concierto para delinquir y hurto calificado y agravado, aunque ambos han negado los cargos.<br \/><br \/>Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, la pareja formaba parte de la banda \u2018Los Aburr\u00e1\u2019, que se desplazaba desde Antioquia hacia diferentes municipios de Boyac\u00e1, donde perpetraba sus il\u00edcitos. Estrada Gonz\u00e1lez, en su rol dentro de la red, era responsable de identificar a los clientes que retiraban grandes sumas de dinero en entidades bancarias, para luego marcarlos y facilitar su robo. Por su parte, Hincapi\u00e9 Salazar ser\u00eda el encargado de conducir la motocicleta utilizada en las hu\u00eddas, acompa\u00f1ando a los hombres armados que amenazaban a las v\u00edctimas para despojarlas de su dinero.<br \/><br \/>Las investigaciones apuntan a que la banda ven\u00eda operando desde noviembre de 2023, desplaz\u00e1ndose estrat\u00e9gicamente entre los municipios de Tunja, Duitama y Sogamoso para evitar la vigilancia de las autoridades. La captura de los implicados se dio en procedimientos de verificaci\u00f3n de antecedentes: Hincapi\u00e9 Salazar fue detenido por la Polic\u00eda Nacional en Bogot\u00e1, mientras que Estrada Gonz\u00e1lez fue arrestada en una v\u00eda de Boyac\u00e1.<br \/><br \/>El juez de control de garant\u00edas dict\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario para Hincapi\u00e9 Salazar, mientras que Estrada Gonz\u00e1lez recibi\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria. Este golpe a la estructura criminal representa un avance importante en la lucha contra el fleteo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
