Un fiscal de la Seccional Boyac\u00e1 evidenci\u00f3 que las agresiones ocurrieron entre 2009 y 2011.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El ente acusador demostr\u00f3 que los abusos contra el ni\u00f1o iniciaron en el municipio de C\u00f3mbita (Boyac\u00e1), donde el hombre conviv\u00eda con el menor. Este caso fue puesto en conocimiento de las autoridades por un familiar de la v\u00edctima. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La custodia del menor, tras haber estado al cuidado del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), le fue entregada a una t\u00eda<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
