La Fiscal\u00eda calific\u00f3 el caso como crimen de lesa humanidad, por lo que no prescribe.<br \/><br \/>Uno de los testigos, alias \u2018Ojitos\u2019, afirm\u00f3 que Herrera financi\u00f3 el operativo. Otros dos implicados confirmaron su presunta participaci\u00f3n en reuniones de planificaci\u00f3n. Las v\u00edctimas fueron secuestradas el 23 de octubre de 2002 y nunca m\u00e1s se supo de ellas.<br \/><br \/>Herrera, contactado por La W, neg\u00f3 rotundamente los cargos y asegur\u00f3 que colaborar\u00e1 con la justicia. El pa\u00eds, a\u00fan en shock, espera respuestas ante un caso que sacude la imagen de un \u00eddolo
