Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 avances puntuales de dicha reforma, como la regulaci\u00f3n del trabajo en plataformas digitales.<br \/><br \/>Entre las principales barreras detectadas por el estudio est\u00e1n los altos costos de la seguridad social, la burocracia y la falta de incentivos atractivos para que trabajadores y empresas ingresen al sistema
