Adem\u00e1s, ignor\u00f3 los llamados de la comunidad para solucionar el problema.<br \/><br \/>Dado que Ch\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez actualmente ocupa nuevamente el cargo de alcalde, el caso fue remitido al Consejo de Estado, y la sanci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 suspendida hasta que ese tribunal resuelva el recurso de
