presuntamente haber recibido dinero de un tercero mientras ejerc\u00eda sus funciones.<br \/><br \/>La medida, que responde a una posible extralimitaci\u00f3n de funciones, tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n inicial de tres meses y podr\u00eda extenderse por el mismo periodo una vez se emita el fallo de primera o \u00fanica instancia, seg\u00fan lo indic\u00f3 la Personer\u00eda
