medium;\">Indeportes lider\u00f3 jornada integral con enfoque social, ambiental y pedag\u00f3gico<br \/><br \/>En un esfuerzo por fortalecer la calidad del Programa Escuelas de Formaci\u00f3n Deportiva, Indeportes Boyac\u00e1 realiz\u00f3 una jornada de inducci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n dirigida a los formadores deportivos de todas las provincias del departamento.<br \/><br \/>La actividad, que cont\u00f3 con el respaldo de la UPTC, la Casa del Menor y varias secretar\u00edas departamentales, abord\u00f3 tem\u00e1ticas clave como iniciaci\u00f3n deportiva, prevenci\u00f3n de violencias, gesti\u00f3n ambiental y responsabilidad penal en adolescentes.<br \/><br \/>Los formadores, ya vinculados contractualmente, tambi\u00e9n conocieron las metas del Plan Departamental de Desarrollo 2024-2027 y participaron en din\u00e1micas sobre la pol\u00edtica #Libres, que promueve espacios deportivos libres de violencia.<br \/><br \/>La gerente de Indeportes, Luz Dary Guerrero, destac\u00f3 el compromiso institucional por una formaci\u00f3n deportiva integral, con impacto social y enfoque preventivo en todo
