La estrategia busca eliminar estos sitios, dignificar el trabajo de recicladores y reducir el volumen de residuos en rellenos sanitarios.<br \/><br \/>\u201cEstamos ante una crisis silenciosa que impacta a los m\u00e1s excluidos. Con Basura Cero, queremos cambiar esa realidad y proteger la salud, el ambiente y la dignidad de quienes viven del reciclaje\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:
