La entidad, que lidera el proceso penal, asegur\u00f3 que emplea todos los recursos t\u00e9cnicos y cient\u00edficos para esclarecer los hechos y judicializar a los responsables.<br \/><br \/>Ante la filtraci\u00f3n de pruebas y la propagaci\u00f3n de hip\u00f3tesis sin fundamento, la Fiscal\u00eda advirti\u00f3 que estas acciones entorpecen la investigaci\u00f3n y confunden a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Adem\u00e1s, inform\u00f3 que toda coordinaci\u00f3n del caso se desarrollar\u00e1 exclusivamente bajo su control, tras la desnaturalizaci\u00f3n del Puesto de Mando Unificado instalado en Bogot\u00e1.<br \/><br \/>En respuesta a la solicitud del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica de convocar una comisi\u00f3n de la ONU, la Fiscal\u00eda subray\u00f3 su plena legitimidad y solidez para asumir la investigaci\u00f3n, la cual ya cuenta con evidencia clave. Tambi\u00e9n aclar\u00f3 que los informes de inteligencia no tienen valor probatorio en los procesos judiciales, seg\u00fan la ley.<br \/><br \/>Finalmente, la entidad pidi\u00f3 prudencia frente a la difusi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n reservada y llam\u00f3 a los ciudadanos, instituciones y medios a colaborar con datos verificables que contribuyan a la verdad y a la justicia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Fiscal\u00eda imputa a presunto coautor del atentado contra Miguel Uribe<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><br \/>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n imput\u00f3 este 12 de junio a Carlos Eduardo Mora Gonz\u00e1lez por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el atentado contra el senador Miguel Uribe Turbay. Los cargos incluyen tentativa de homicidio agravado, porte ilegal de armas y uso de menores para cometer delitos.<br \/><br \/>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, Mora habr\u00eda participado en el reconocimiento del lugar, coordinaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica y acompa\u00f1amiento al menor que ejecut\u00f3 el ataque el pasado 7 de junio. La Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en su contra.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s, dos personas m\u00e1s se presentaron voluntariamente y rindieron interrogatorio como indiciados ante el ente acusador, que contin\u00faa avanzando en el esclarecimiento del
