La iniciativa, que articula al gobierno, comerciantes y comunidad, busca reducir tarifas, impulsar la econom\u00eda popular y promover el acceso a energ\u00eda limpia.<br \/><br \/>\u201cHoy nos est\u00e1n aliviando el bolsillo y reconociendo como parte de un gran proyecto nacional\u201d, celebr\u00f3 Luis Carde\u00f1o, l\u00edder de los comerciantes del mercado.<br \/><br \/>Riohacha se convierte as\u00ed en pionera de este modelo energ\u00e9tico sostenible que se replicar\u00e1 en otros mercados del
