Sin embargo, el tribunal determin\u00f3 que no se trat\u00f3 de una pr\u00f3rroga indebida de funciones del concejo, sino de una autorizaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida para contratar, como lo exige la ley para este tipo de operaciones.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s, se confirm\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito fue efectivamente suscrito y los recursos incorporados al presupuesto de 2023, dentro del plazo legal. El tribunal concluy\u00f3 que la modificaci\u00f3n aprobada solo ajust\u00f3 condiciones financieras del contrato, algo permitido por la ley y dentro del marco de la autonom\u00eda contractual.<br \/><br \/>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, se despeja el camino para continuar la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de gas domiciliario que beneficiar\u00e1 a la poblaci\u00f3n rural de
