Aunque las clases fueron virtuales, el contrato tuvo ejecuci\u00f3n en Tunja, lo que mantiene el v\u00ednculo territorial relevante.<br \/><br \/>La solicitud respalda la decisi\u00f3n tomada por el Tribunal Administrativo de Boyac\u00e1 en febrero de 2025, que anul\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n por violaci\u00f3n al r\u00e9gimen de inhabilidades. El caso ahora est\u00e1 en manos del Consejo de Estado, que deber\u00e1 emitir un fallo
