medium;\">La Alcald\u00eda de Duitama lanz\u00f3 un llamado urgente al INPEC tras los disturbios registrados esta ma\u00f1ana en la URI de la Fiscal\u00eda, protagonizados por personas privadas de la libertad que reclaman condiciones dignas de detenci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal solicit\u00f3 que se firme, con car\u00e1cter prioritario, el convenio interadministrativo que permita el traslado de los detenidos a la C\u00e1rcel de Duitama, ante la cr\u00edtica situaci\u00f3n de hacinamiento que vive actualmente esta unidad.<br \/><br \/>El gobierno local reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con los derechos humanos y afirm\u00f3 que ha trabajado constantemente para garantizar condiciones dignas a los internos, exigiendo una respuesta inmediata por parte del
