El Juzgado D\u00e9cimo Administrativo de Tunja hab\u00eda ordenado en junio de 2024 sellar el plantel, habilitar una sede alterna para clases y realizar estudios t\u00e9cnicos para una soluci\u00f3n definitiva.<br \/><br \/>Pese a la apelaci\u00f3n del departamento, el Tribunal ratific\u00f3 la sentencia, se\u00f1alando la vulneraci\u00f3n del derecho colectivo a la seguridad y la prevenci\u00f3n de desastres. La decisi\u00f3n obliga a actuar con prontitud para proteger la vida y el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes rurales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
