Ni la curadur\u00eda ni el municipio realizaron un control adecuado, permitiendo el desarrollo de 164 viviendas en un \u00e1rea catalogada como de \u201calta amenaza\u201d por el propio Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT).<\/p><p>Aunque se modific\u00f3 el monto de los perjuicios reconocidos, el fallo confirm\u00f3 que hubo una omisi\u00f3n en vigilancia urban\u00edstica y que el proyecto viol\u00f3 normativas t\u00e9cnicas fundamentales. Las autoridades deber\u00e1n indemnizar solidariamente a los afectados por la p\u00e9rdida de su vivienda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
