Ante la inacci\u00f3n de las autoridades, la Procuradur\u00eda demand\u00f3 al municipio, a Corpoboyac\u00e1 y a la Agencia Nacional de Miner\u00eda, exigiendo protecci\u00f3n del ambiente y prevenci\u00f3n de desastres.<br \/><br \/>En respuesta, el Tribunal Administrativo de Boyac\u00e1 orden\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n inmediata de toda actividad minera en la zona, legal o ilegal, hasta que un estudio t\u00e9cnico determine si es viable continuar. Tambi\u00e9n exigi\u00f3:<br \/><br \/>Elaborar estudios de estabilizaci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n del riesgo.<br \/><br \/>Evitar nuevas licencias o pr\u00f3rrogas mineras en la zona afectada.<br \/><br \/>Ejecutar operativos de cierre de minas ilegales.<br \/><br \/>Socializar con la comunidad los riesgos y sanciones penales por incumplimiento.<br \/><br \/>La decisi\u00f3n busca proteger derechos colectivos, frenar el deterioro ambiental y evitar una posible tragedia en la vereda San Jos\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
