La falta de acompa\u00f1ante en la ruta, el desconocimiento de las condiciones de las v\u00edas y la ausencia de protocolos claros fueron factores clave en el fatal desenlace.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s de ordenar una indemnizaci\u00f3n por perjuicios a la familia, el fallo exige a las autoridades implementar medidas no pecuniarias, como designar acompa\u00f1antes en cada ruta, fijar puntos de descenso autorizados, socializar protocolos con padres y estudiantes, y establecer sistemas de monitoreo y comunicaci\u00f3n de emergencias.<br \/><br \/>El tribunal record\u00f3 que los menores no deben asumir decisiones sobre su propia seguridad y que el deber de cuidado del Estado es indelegable cuando se trata del transporte
