medium;\">El Ministerio de Agricultura, con apoyo de la UPRA, oficializ\u00f3 el Plan de Ordenamiento Productivo de la Papa, una hoja de ruta para fortalecer el cultivo durante los pr\u00f3ximos 20 a\u00f1os.<br \/><br \/>El plan busca aumentar la productividad por hect\u00e1rea, pasar de 23,4 a 38,3 toneladas, reducir las importaciones a cero, generar excedentes para exportar (cerca de 700 mil toneladas) y elevar el consumo per c\u00e1pita anual de 55 a 79 kilos.<br \/><br \/>El instrumento beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 100.000 campesinos en 280 municipios de clima fr\u00edo y tendr\u00e1 impacto directo en 18 departamentos.<br \/><br \/>Con esta estrategia, Colombia apunta a consolidar la papa como motor de desarrollo rural, garant\u00eda de seguridad alimentaria y oportunidad de crecimiento internacional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
