el programa \u201cGesti\u00f3n compartida de P\u00e9rdidas y Desperdicios de Alimentos\u201d, una estrategia clave para reducir el despilfarro en la cadena agroalimentaria de Bogot\u00e1, Boyac\u00e1, Cundinamarca, Huila, Meta y Tolima.<br \/><br \/>La iniciativa incluye la creaci\u00f3n de un repositorio digital y una red colaborativa de conocimiento, articulando a actores como Fedearroz, CIAT, ICA, SENA, UPRA y centros de biotecnolog\u00eda.<br \/><br \/>El proyecto, alojado en el Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n del Abastecimiento Alimentario (SIAA RC), busca mejorar la productividad, promover buenas pr\u00e1cticas y elevar la responsabilidad de todos los sectores en torno a la alimentaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>\u201cEsta es una apuesta por un modelo m\u00e1s eficiente, sostenible y solidario en el manejo de los alimentos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Jorge Aya, vocero del programa.<br \/><br \/>Una acci\u00f3n clave para un futuro con menos p\u00e9rdida, m\u00e1s conciencia y mayor seguridad
