medium;\">El Tribunal Administrativo de Boyac\u00e1 declar\u00f3 la nulidad de la elecci\u00f3n de la Personera Municipal de S\u00e1chica (2024-2028), al evidenciar irregularidades en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n adelantado con el apoyo de la Universidad Popular del Cesar (UPC).<br \/><br \/>La decisi\u00f3n se fundament\u00f3 en que la UPC carec\u00eda de idoneidad para acompa\u00f1ar el concurso de m\u00e9ritos, pues la propia instituci\u00f3n reconoci\u00f3 no contar con reglamentos, protocolos, infraestructura ni experiencia suficiente para adelantar este tipo de procesos.<br \/><br \/>Aunque el Concejo Municipal de S\u00e1chica defendi\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de la universidad, el tribunal concluy\u00f3 que la irregularidad fue sustancial, ya que la UPC intervino en etapas decisivas como la valoraci\u00f3n de hojas de vida, elaboraci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de pruebas.<br \/><br \/>En consecuencia, se orden\u00f3 repetir en su totalidad el concurso de m\u00e9ritos para garantizar la transparencia y legalidad en la elecci\u00f3n del nuevo personero municipal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
