medium;\">El Gobierno Nacional destin\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 16.000 millones de pesos para modernizar y fortalecer el distrito de riego Usochicamocha, beneficiando a 8.835 familias campesinas de Paipa, Duitama, Tibasosa, Nobsa, Sogamoso, Santa Rosa y Firavitoba.<br \/><br \/>La inversi\u00f3n contempla la compra de maquinaria por $4.600 millones, predios por $1.300 millones y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del embalse La Playa por $10.200 millones, con el objetivo de prevenir inundaciones, descontaminar aguas y mejorar la infraestructura agr\u00edcola.<br \/><br \/>La Agencia de Desarrollo Rural destac\u00f3 que la prioridad es aumentar la productividad y mejorar las condiciones de vida de los campesinos: \u201cA veces en este pa\u00eds tiene m\u00e1s tierra una vaca que un ciudadano\u201d.<br \/><br \/>En el acto de entrega, adem\u00e1s, se otorgaron cr\u00e9ditos del Banco Agrario a mujeres, j\u00f3venes rurales e iniciativas de agroindustrializaci\u00f3n, como parte de la estrategia de Reforma Rural Integral que busca garantizar la soberan\u00eda alimentaria en
