Al llegar con su esposa, el campesino fue interceptado por un hombre que se identific\u00f3 como \u201cEl Soldado\u201d y luego atacado a tiros por integrantes del Batall\u00f3n de Infanter\u00eda Sucre, con sede en Chiquinquir\u00e1 (Boyac\u00e1). Ambos sobrevivieron, aunque fueron reportados como delincuentes capturados por tr\u00e1fico de armas.<br \/><br \/>Los elementos de prueba indican que Rozo presuntamente colaboraba con un oficial para llevar civiles a zonas despobladas, donde ser\u00edan asesinados y presentados como \u2018bajas en combate\u2019. Por estos hechos, la Fiscal\u00eda le imput\u00f3 el delito de homicidio en persona protegida en grado de tentativa, cargo que no fue aceptado.<br \/><br \/>El procesado tambi\u00e9n enfrenta juicio ante el Juzgado Primero del Circuito de V\u00e9lez (Santander) por otro caso similar ocurrido el 22 de agosto de 2008, en el que una persona fue asesinada y presentada falsamente como muerta en combate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
