serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El ingeniero Albeiro Higuera Guar\u00edn asumi\u00f3 oficialmente la gerencia del Terminal de Transportes Juana Velasco de Gallo de Tunja y asegur\u00f3 que su principal reto ser\u00e1 modernizar el servicio y fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n al usuario, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las empresas transportadoras.<br \/><br \/>Higuera, quien calific\u00f3 su designaci\u00f3n como \u201cuna misi\u00f3n supremamente especial\u201d, afirm\u00f3 que trabajar\u00e1 para que el terminal, considerado uno de los m\u00e1s modernos del pa\u00eds, se consolide tambi\u00e9n como el m\u00e1s acogedor. \u201cQueremos construir sobre lo ya hecho y dar un salto en innovaci\u00f3n y calidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br \/><br \/>El nuevo gerente resalt\u00f3 el impacto social del terminal, donde el 90% del personal es boyacense, y anunci\u00f3 mejoras en la operaci\u00f3n, en la relaci\u00f3n con taxistas y transportadores, y en los canales de informaci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico.<br \/><br \/>Con apoyo de la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Boyac\u00e1 y la Alcald\u00eda de Tunja, Higuera asegur\u00f3 que se mantendr\u00e1 un di\u00e1logo permanente con los usuarios para garantizar transparencia y eficiencia en la
