style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Tribunal Administrativo de Boyac\u00e1 orden\u00f3 a la Uspec y al Inpec adoptar medidas urgentes para garantizar la salubridad y seguridad en el rancho de alta seguridad de la C\u00e1rcel y Penitenciar\u00eda con Alta y Mediana Seguridad El Barne (CPAMSEB), tras comprobarse graves condiciones de deterioro e insalubridad que vulneran derechos colectivos.<br \/><br \/>La decisi\u00f3n responde a una demanda interpuesta por la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo Regional Boyac\u00e1, que alert\u00f3 sobre el mal estado de las instalaciones y los riesgos sanitarios en la preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos para los internos.<br \/><br \/>El fallo ordena a la Uspec poner en funcionamiento el nuevo rancho en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de tres meses, garantizar el abastecimiento de agua potable, implementar un plan de saneamiento integral y certificar el cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad.<br \/><br \/>Por su parte, el Inpec deber\u00e1 verificar las condiciones del nuevo rancho y reportar cualquier anomal\u00eda para su correcci\u00f3n inmediata.<br \/><br \/>El Tribunal enfatiz\u00f3 que el uso de un rancho provisional en condiciones precarias constituye una amenaza para la salud p\u00fablica y el derecho a un ambiente sano dentro del centro penitenciario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
