medium;\">El Tribunal Administrativo de Boyac\u00e1 declar\u00f3 inv\u00e1lido el art\u00edculo segundo del Acuerdo 002 de 2025 expedido por el Concejo Municipal de R\u00e1quira, al considerar que vulner\u00f3 la normatividad vigente sobre la liquidaci\u00f3n del Impuesto Predial Unificado para terrenos de reservas naturales y predios rurales con afectaci\u00f3n CAR.<br \/><br \/>Seg\u00fan la decisi\u00f3n de la Sala de Decisi\u00f3n N.\u00b0 6, el municipio desconoci\u00f3 el art\u00edculo 4 de la Ley 44 de 1990, que establece que el uso del suelo solo puede aplicarse como factor de tarifa en zonas urbanas, no en \u00e1reas rurales.<br \/><br \/>El tribunal record\u00f3 que las tarifas del impuesto predial en predios rurales deben basarse en criterios como el aval\u00fao catastral, la antig\u00fcedad del catastro y el rango del \u00e1rea, y no en el uso o vocaci\u00f3n del suelo.<br \/><br \/>La corporaci\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 que R\u00e1quira omiti\u00f3 aplicar estas disposiciones al fijar el impuesto en Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT), raz\u00f3n por la cual declar\u00f3 la nulidad del acuerdo y orden\u00f3 ajustarse al marco legal nacional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
