El incremento frente al comportamiento hist\u00f3rico fue del 190%.<br \/><br \/>El an\u00e1lisis, realizado a trav\u00e9s del Modelo Anal\u00edtico de Seguimiento Preventivo y con informaci\u00f3n del SECOP, motiv\u00f3 la primera alerta de la Contralor\u00eda en el marco de las elecciones legislativas y presidenciales de 2026. La entidad advirti\u00f3 que esta concentraci\u00f3n en un solo d\u00eda podr\u00eda reflejar fallas en la planificaci\u00f3n o aceleraciones contractuales previas a las restricciones electorales.<br \/><br \/>El Departamento de Prosperidad Social fue la entidad con mayor participaci\u00f3n en el volumen contractual, con $770 mil millones (8,5% del total). La Contralor\u00eda inform\u00f3 que contin\u00faa analizando el comportamiento por regiones y por tipos de contrato.<br \/><br \/>La DIARI y las delegadas de control fiscal mantienen un seguimiento reforzado para detectar operaciones sensibles, emitir alertas tempranas y asegurar que los recursos p\u00fablicos no se utilicen en contrav\u00eda de la Ley de Garant\u00edas ni con fines ajenos al
