medium;\">Despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de espera, el Concejo Municipal aprob\u00f3 los recursos para la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva sede administrativa de la Alcald\u00eda de Sogamoso, una obra que demandar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de $44.000 millones y que comenzar\u00e1 en diciembre de 2025.<br \/><br \/>El proyecto, que se hab\u00eda intentado poner en marcha en administraciones anteriores sin avances concretos, ahora se materializa tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de una primera partida de $12.000 millones para iniciar las obras antes de finalizar el a\u00f1o.<br \/><br \/>El presidente del Concejo record\u00f3 que la ciudad ha pagado m\u00e1s de $8.000 millones en arriendo por la falta de sede propia, gastos que ahora podr\u00e1n redirigirse al fortalecimiento institucional una vez el nuevo edificio est\u00e9 en funcionamiento.<br \/><br \/>La obra se desarrollar\u00e1 de forma progresiva y se estima que est\u00e9 terminada en 2027, marcando un hito en la modernizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica local.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
