Esta estrategia utiliza las artes como herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n, resocializaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n en establecimientos penitenciarios y en el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes.<br \/><br \/>Uno de los principales atractivos ser\u00e1 la exposici\u00f3n multiplataforma, abierta durante los tres d\u00edas del Encuentro, que integra obras y lenguajes creativos producidos directamente por participantes de procesos formativos en c\u00e1rceles de todo el pa\u00eds.<br \/><br \/>El momento m\u00e1s simb\u00f3lico llegar\u00e1 el 27 de noviembre a las 4:00 p. m. en el Teatro Boyaquir\u00e1, con un concierto de convergencia art\u00edstica que reunir\u00e1 a la Estudiantina del Altiplano Cundiboyacense y a la agrupaci\u00f3n Prision State, integrada por personas privadas de la libertad del Establecimiento Penitenciario El Barne. Un encuentro sonoro que mezclar\u00e1 m\u00fasicas andinas, ritmos campesinos y composiciones creadas dentro del centro de reclusi\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>La agenda, con entrada libre, tambi\u00e9n incluye conversatorios sobre educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica, derechos culturales e interculturalidad; laboratorios pedag\u00f3gicos de creaci\u00f3n colectiva; y una proyecci\u00f3n audiovisual con reflexiones sobre narrativas nacidas en contextos de encierro.<br \/><br \/>Tunja ser\u00e1, por tres d\u00edas, un punto de encuentro entre la memoria, el arte y la
